Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search and paid social media strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Identify new performance opportunities and trends specific to the brand market.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social media campaigns across all performance platforms (Google, Meta, , LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
  • Monitor performance and come up with strategies to achieve and overachieve the media targets.
  • A/B test ads to determine the best performing approach.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Coordination with Performance Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from asset delivery to post-campaign analysis.
  • Conduct quality checks on the work delivered by the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Address any challenges promptly, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly.
  • Collaborate on streamlining processes and improving efficiency in campaign execution.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid social media advertising.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a preference in e-commerce.
  • Proficient in using performance advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin etc) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role, especially when conducting quality checks.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey ideas, feedback, and instructions clearly and professionally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installation and configuration of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
  • Wiring and cabling for CCTV systems, ensuring neat and concealed installations.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing CCTV systems.
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, switches, outlets, and panels.

Job Requirement:

  • 1 year of Experience as a technician and electrician is mandatory
  • Proficiency in the installation and configuration of CCTV systems.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and skills.
